€399. You keep the findings either way.
You describe how your team works. Krister maps it, identifies where the hours are going, and shows you exactly what a system would do. No pitch. No deck. No follow-up pressure.
Twenty minutes, four moves. Nothing is pitched until the map is finished.
Not the org chart version. The real one. What actually happens from trigger to completion, step by step, including where things go wrong and who holds things up.
Every step, who touches it, how long it takes, what triggers the next step. The map is built as you speak. You can see it taking shape during the call.
The specific steps where the most hours are spent on work that does not require a human decision. These are the starting points for the proposal.
Not in general terms. Specifically: what the system receives, what it does, what it returns, and what that means for your team's week starting in week two.
The process as we documented it during the call, with the three bottlenecks annotated and the time cost of each step noted.
Hours per week your team currently spends on each identified task, based on what you described. This is the baseline the guarantee is measured against.
What would be built, in what order, how long it takes, how much it costs, and what the measurable output target is for day 30.
The assessment is a sample of the engagement. The quality of the map and proposal is the demonstration of what the work looks like. If nothing is a fit after the 20 minutes, Krister will say so and the fee is refunded.
This is not a revenue play. The fee pays for Krister's preparation and attention in the 48 hours before and after the call. More importantly, it means both sides are serious. A free call attracts people who are still deciding whether they have a problem worth solving. A paid call attracts people who already know they are leaving time and money on the table and want to understand exactly where. If you are still at the first stage, this call is not for you yet. Come back when you can name the workflow.
A decision-maker who can describe how the team actually works, not just what the org chart says. At least one workflow that consumes ten or more hours per week per person. You do not need to know anything about AI or systems. You need to know how your business works. That is it.
You need board approval before any spending.
You are evaluating multiple vendors simultaneously and want a finished product before commissioning an assessment, or you are not willing to describe how your team actually operates.
Fewer than three people on the team. The workflows that produce measurable output within 30 days require a certain volume of repeating work. Below three people that volume usually is not there yet.
If the call does not surface at least one actionable insight you can use immediately, even if you never hire TOLVEN, the €399 is refunded.
No questions.
20 minutes. Pay at booking. Cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the call for a full refund. Before the call, write down your three highest-volume workflows as they actually happen, step by step, not how they are supposed to work. The more specific your description, the more useful the map you take away.
No. The written workflow map and proposal arrive within 48 hours regardless of what you decide after the call. If Krister determines the engagement is not a fit during the 20 minutes, he will say so before the call ends and the €399 is refunded. The assessment is the product.
You are already spending the equivalent of this audit call every day on the work a system would run. The question is not whether you can find 20 minutes. It is whether you can find 20 minutes this week to understand exactly where those hours are going and what changes if they stop.
Month one is free. The benchmark is agreed before the build starts. It is a specific number attached to a specific workflow, and it is in the written proposal you receive within 48 hours of the call. If the system does not hit it, Krister's month one retainer is not charged.
